Dua e Shifa in Arabic, English And Urdu Translation

أَذْهِبِ الْبَأْسَ رَبَّ النَّاسِ وَاشْفِ أَنْتَ الشَّافِي لَا شِفَاءَ إِلَّا شِفَاؤُكَ شِفَاءٌ لَا يُغَادِرُ سَقَمَاً
Transliteration: “Azhibil’ ba’sa raba’naasi washfi anta shafi la shifa’a illa shifa’uka shifa’an la yughadiru saqaman”
Translation: “O God of the people, take away the pain and heal for You are the Healer. There is no healing except Your healing, a healing that leaves no sickness.”
اے لوگوں کے رب، بیماری کو دور کر، شفا دے کیونکہ تو ہی شفا دینے والا بڑا ہے۔ کوئی علاج نہیں مگر تیری شفا بخش قوت کے ذریعے جو کوئی بیماری نہیں چھوڑتی۔

It is narrated from Aisha (RA) that when the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) , may God bless him and grant him peace, would go to visit a sick person, he would pray for him and say:
O Lord of the people, remove the disease, heal it for You are the Great Healer. There is no cure but through Your healing power that leaves no ailment. Reference : Sahih al-Bukhari 5750
There are several ways in which the dua can be recited. Some Muslims prefer to recite Dua e Shifa multiple times in a single sitting, while others recite it once and then make dua (supplication) to Allah for their own healing or the healing of others.
